Year Group Pages

Welcome to our Year Group pages:

Please click on the relevant year group tab for your child to find more detail about their learning journey.

At The King’s school, we use Google Classroom to support learning both at home and at school. Curriculum presentations are available on each Google Classroom page, to explain what to expect in each year group. Any homework / spelling grids will be available for you to access.

If you require more information, please contact the relevant class teacher via the school office.

Online Safety

When using an online resource, please ensure that children are supervised (in the same room as an adult) and you have enacted parental controls on their device. More details of how to help children be safe online can be found on our website here Keeping Your Children Safe Online.

Learning Certainties

While your child is learning, please remind them to look at our Learning Certainties and reflect on their learning e.g. Have I been a good learner today? How have I been resourceful today?  How can I be more ……?

All our Learning Certainties are linked to Bible stories, which are a good way of exploring their meaning. When giving your child feedback and praise it is useful to refer to the Learning Certainties and for example praise your child for being motivated, enthusiastic or determined. More information on our Learning Certainties can be found here: Learning Certainties
